A technology company specializing in marketing and AI is looking for a Lead Designer. This company is building a machine that manages the entire marketing process from target audience to customer and learns from every result. You will be the first design lead and determine the visual direction of all products and brands.

What you will do.

  • Create brands: logo, corporate identity, typography, color, visual language, and associated guidelines for internal projects and new brands.
  • Determine the visual direction for advertisements, videos, social media, websites, and pitches.
  • UI/UX design for funnels, AI advisors, and products, with a mobile-first approach. Every screen in a funnel is a test, and you will learn daily from new data.
  • Define a brand in such a way that the machine can generate consistent content and screens.
  • Lead the visual aspect of projects at every launch, from initial sketch to going live.
  • Work in Figma, in code, or with AI tools; designs go live quickly.

Profile

  • You have a strong visual taste and an impressive portfolio. Experience is less important than the quality of your work and your motivation.
  • Proficient in logo, brand, image, motion, and UX. Willing to learn quickly where needed.
  • A driven designer who wants to set the visual direction and take on the associated responsibility.
  • Minimum of university-level thinking, demonstrated by your work.
  • Fluent in Dutch, both verbally and in writing.
  • Bonus points for: motion and video, illustration or 3D, AI image and video, front-end (HTML, CSS, React), copywriting.

Practical

  • The assignment can start as a freelance project or directly as an employee.
