As an HR consultant, you are the point of contact for clients within an employment agency. You build lasting relationships, contribute to personnel issues, and ensure that both clients and flexible employees receive optimal support. No two days are the same; you participate in client visits, conduct performance reviews, and draw up contracts. Additionally, you handle light recruitment activities, such as approaching candidates from talent pools.
You will join a close-knit and experienced team consisting of recruiters, HR consultants, and a manager, working together for the success of clients within various municipalities and public organizations.

- MBO/HBO (vocational/higher professional education) working and thinking level.
- Driving license B.
