As a Project Consultant, you will work on a project basis for various companies. The content and sector of the projects vary per assignment. You will be part of a growing secondment team. For the first project, you will work as an HR & Payroll employee within a dynamic organization.
What you will do.
- Independent management of payroll for employees from A to Z
- Responsible for the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding, personnel administration, and contract management to offboarding
- First point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll, HR administration, and social legislation
What they ask
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or relevant experience
- Fluent in Dutch, French
- Proficient in switching between software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel
