HR Ops Officer
Within HR Operations, we are working on an important HR project where the management of certain personnel data is being transferred to another organization. To best prepare for this transition, we are looking for temporary reinforcement for the HR Ops team. As an HR Ops Officer, you contribute concretely to translating the relevant HR processes into clear and directly usable work instructions.
These instructions are drawn up in French and Dutch, so that colleagues have precise guidelines to correctly execute the processes during the transition. You do not necessarily have to write both language versions alone; you can collaborate with a colleague and use available translation tools.
What you do
Work instructions and process support.
- You draft clear and practical work instructions for the HR processes being transferred as part of the project.
- You gather the necessary information from colleagues and other involved parties.
- You structure the different steps of a process in a logical and clear manner.
- You contribute to having a correct French and Dutch version of the work instructions, in collaboration with colleagues and/or using translation tools.
- You integrate feedback and changes into the work instructions and ensure that the documentation remains correct and up-to-date.
- If necessary, you also provide support for other practical and administrative tasks related to preparing for the transition.
Collaboration.
- You consult regularly with colleagues who know and execute the relevant processes.
- You ask necessary questions when information is missing or unclear and ensure that agreed arrangements are correctly integrated.
- You contribute to a smooth knowledge transfer to colleagues who will take over the processes.

You have a bachelor's degree and work in a structured manner. You enjoy transforming information into simple and clear instructions. You do not need to be an HR specialist; it is most important that you quickly understand how a process works and can document it clearly. Technical skills.

Practical
- Necessary guidance to become familiar with the processes and carry out your assignment autonomously.
