An established industrial player is looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead its technical department and support the continuous improvement of its facilities. This is a comprehensive role at the intersection of technology, organization, and management.
What you do
- Define and deploy the preventive, curative, and predictive maintenance strategy.
- Monitor performance indicators and implement continuous improvement plans.
- Manage the maintenance budget and anticipate technical investments.
- Optimize the management of spare parts and suppliers.
- Collaborate with project teams on investments and facility improvements.
- Conduct technological watch to identify innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
Profile
- Higher technical education (Engineer or equivalent by experience).
- Solid experience in industrial maintenance.
- Good knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and automation.
- Proven experience in managing technical teams.
- Leadership, analytical skills, sense of priorities, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Knowledge of an ERP system is an asset.
- A good command of English is appreciated.
