As a Client Advisor, you play a crucial role in helping clients who primarily contact a government organization by phone or digitally for questions or advice. Together with a team of driven colleagues, you offer support to people with questions about their benefits, such as unemployment (WW), sickness (ZW), and income in case of disability (WIA and Wajong). Clients need clarity, and in this role, you will assist many clients during opening hours.

- Support clients with questions about benefits (WW, ZW, WIA, Wajong)
- Maintain telephone and digital contact with clients
- Provide clients with clear information and advice
Profile
- Passion for helping people by phone
- Digitally skilled: comfortable with computers, able to effortlessly switch between different systems, driven to find the right information
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing
- Empathy: able to empathize with the situation of others and show understanding for their personal circumstances, aware of potential resistance that may arise in conversations due to emotional situations
- Balance between rules and humanity: able to work within legal frameworks without losing sight of the human dimension
- Minimum MBO level 4 work and thinking level
- Demonstrable relevant customer contact experience in a customer-oriented role
- For part-time employment: availability of at least four days a week
- No holiday plans during the six-week training period
Practical
- Paid six-week training at a client contact center, four fixed days a week
- Emphasis on theoretical knowledge and development of communication skills
- Start is possible in November and December
- Seven-month contract with a two-month probationary period
- Secondary benefits: holiday allowance (8%), year-end bonus (8.33%), home working allowance, internet allowance, pension accrual from 21 years
- Work facilities: laptop, smartphone
- Travel expense reimbursement: full reimbursement for public transport (2nd class)
