Help a public educational institution apply AI in a safe, responsible, and useful manner.
- Advise colleagues, develop practical support, and contribute to knowledge development within the organization.
- The three specialists sought will largely fulfill the same role, with room for profiling in specific areas.
What you do
- Profile 1: Information quality, source management & privacy
- Data minimization and source management (GDPR)
- Origin and status
- Prevention of contamination
- Profile 2: Administrative frameworks, governance & legislation
- EU AI Act risk classification
- Transparency and obligations
- Information mandate and public values
- Profile 3: Digital work environment, process integration & privacy by design
- DPIAs and technical safeguards
- AI-ready systems (first-time-right)
- Reconstructability
- Profile 4: Human competencies, cultural change & awareness
- AI literacy and legal edge cases
- Human control (human in the loop)
- Risk management
What they ask
- HBO or WO (higher professional education or university) work and thinking level
- Knowledge of (generative) AI, Machine Learning, and their organizational application
- Experience with advising, guiding, training, project-based work, or developing knowledge products
- The ability to make complex subjects clear and applicable for various target groups
- Organizational sensitivity and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse disciplines
- Experience within a government organization, education, IT, information management, compliance, change management, or digital innovations is a plus.
Practical
- Dutch nationality is required.
- CV and cover letter must be submitted in Dutch.
