Public Space Implementation Coordinator

• You lead the team coaches of the technical services and coach the field experts in their work.
• You organize the operational activities together with the team coaches of the technical services and monitor the quality, planning, and continuity of service delivery.
• You form the bridge between policy, projects, and implementation, translating policy choices to the work floor and bringing signals from the field back to the organization.
• You monitor the functioning of the technical services and stimulate collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
• You monitor operational objectives, track results, and adjust where necessary.
• You work closely with project staff, experts, and external partners to ensure projects and implementation reinforce each other.
• You participate in consultations within the Citizen & Environment department and contribute to the realization of the multi-year plan.
• You actively build smooth cooperation and strong teamwork within Public Space.

• Experience in managing and coaching employees or teams (leadership, coordination, or project work).
• Strong in planning and organizing, maintaining an overview in a dynamic operational context.

• Clear communication, bringing people together, and creating collaboration between teams.
• Results-oriented, taking responsibility, and daring to make decisions.

• Flexible in switching between different work locations within the organization.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (e.g., leadership, coordination, project work, or coaching), sufficiently explained in your CV and cover letter.
• A master's degree or a final diploma of long-type higher education or equivalent education, OR successful completion of a capacity test.
