As part of a project to evolve a digital platform for citizen and business services, a Business Intelligence Specialist is sought to strengthen a team responsible for the valorization and consolidation of data from multiple sources. The objective is to set up and evolve a decisional information system, allowing the centralization, transformation, and exploitation of various data sources to produce KPIs, statistics, reports, dashboards, and alerts.
The mission notably includes the continuation of a Business Intelligence POC, followed by its extension and industrialization on the provided infrastructure.
What you do
- Analyze the different available data sources and their structure
- Understand and rationalize business concepts as well as reporting needs
- Analyze existing reports developed under Excel and BI tools
- Identify links between different sources and define consolidation needs
- Design and evolve the decisional data model, particularly following a star schema approach
- Participate in the design and development of the Data Warehouse
- Implement ETL processes: extraction, transformation, and loading of data
- Develop procedures for feeding the decisional database
- Design semantic layers and BI reports
- Develop dashboards, KPIs
- Participate in the realization and finalization of a POC with Power BI Desktop
- Contribute to the industrialization of the POC on a local or cloud infrastructure
- Automate the integration of different data sources
- Document developed solutions and completed work
- Collaborate closely with business, technical, and Data teams

Profile
We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence profile, capable of intervening on both technical aspects and the analysis and understanding of business needs. Ideally, you have:
- Several years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse
- Excellent mastery of BI solution design and implementation
- Significant experience in data modeling and integration of heterogeneous sources
- Ability to formalize business needs and translate them into models, reports, and BI solutions
- Experience in creating semantic layers, reports
- A good understanding of Data architectures and ETL processes
- Experience implementing BI solutions in a Cloud environment, particularly Azure or AWS
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with different stakeholders
Practical
- Languages:
- French: C2 / professional mastery essential
- English: B2 minimum
