For a large-scale digital transformation environment, a Product Owner / Business Analyst is sought to support the evolution of applications used by teams on a daily basis. The role combines product ownership, business analysis, stakeholder management, and change management within a multidisciplinary team.
What you will do.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into functional requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for end users and stakeholders
- Collaborate with development teams and external partners to deliver new features
- Participate in business and functional analyses of new initiatives
- Model and optimize business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE)
- Coordinate impact assessments involving security, legal, and operational stakeholders
- Bridge the gap between business, technical, and security teams
- Support user adoption through training, communication, documentation, and second-line support
- Monitor progress and report on activities to program stakeholders
Profile
- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements
- Familiarity with process modeling (BPMN is a plus)
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused and value-driven approach
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proactive, autonomous
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and supporting change initiatives
