Logistics Operations Manager

A financially healthy and ambitious company, market leader in its sector, is looking for an experienced professional to further professionalize its operational activities and support its growth.

What you will do.

• Be ultimately responsible for a crucial link within the organization.
• Lead various operational teams responsible for planning and transport organization.
• Take daily charge of a significant part of the operational activities.
• Act as a central point of contact for team leaders.
• Coach employees to function optimally and collaborate.
• Support team leaders and help them grow in their role.
• Monitor the quality of processes and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational data, detect bottlenecks, and implement improvement actions.
• Closely follow planning and optimize the utilization of available capacity.
• Actively participate in operational consultation meetings, analyze problems, and formulate solutions.
• Detect both operational challenges and strategic opportunities.
• Contribute to the further optimization of processes, systems, and ERP applications in collaboration with management and IT.

• Relevant experience in operations, logistics, planning, or service organization.
• Extensive experience as a people manager in a complex operational environment.
• Strong analytical skills and affinity with figures and reporting.
• Hands-on mentality with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and French.
• Technical affinity is a plus.
