You will work at a location in an urban environment, within a building with living groups and apartments for people with intellectual disabilities. You will work in a department for people who require intensive care or for people with autism.
What you do
- You play a crucial role in guiding and caring for clients.
- Together with a close-knit team, you ensure that clients receive what they need.
- You draw up and implement care plans.
- You are the point of contact for family and stakeholders.
What they ask
- You have a care diploma at MBO 4 level.
- You have experience with the target group of people with severe multiple disabilities (EMB).
- You are proficient in Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
Practical
- Employment conditions conform to the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) for Disability Care (FWG 45).
