You are welcome as a domestic helper at a home care organization. This organization is active in a specific region and was established to provide Wmo assistance. The organization aims to make a difference in Wmo services by working with small teams and maintaining personal, accessible contact with clients. It is a small, agile entity active in several municipalities. A team of approximately 30 people works there. Regular meetings are held for knowledge exchange and social activities.
What you do
- You work independently at the homes of vulnerable clients.
- You are communicatively skilled enough to build a relationship of trust with a client.
- The work is physically and mentally demanding, which is why you help a maximum of 3 clients per day (approximately 6 to 7 hours per day).
- If you do not have a car, clients will be scheduled close to each other in a compact work area.
- You behave professionally towards a client, even if the client does not do so towards you (this will, of course, be discussed with the client).

- You are at least 20 years old.
- You are available for at least 12 months on the days and hours you have indicated.
- You have demonstrable experience in performing household work outside the home.
- You can express yourself well in the Dutch language.
- You can think and work independently.
