Task Delegation Casemanager

You guide people towards sustainable return to work. You work in a coaching, personal, and results-oriented manner. As a Task Delegation Casemanager, you guide (former) employees in their reintegration and work closely with the doctor, who is ultimately responsible. You know how to motivate people, monitor the progress of files, and keep an eye on the interests of both the employee and the (former) employer.

You communicate clearly, with commitment, and dare to make clear choices within the applicable laws and regulations.

What you will do.

• You guide reintegration processes for employees who have left service due to illness, particularly within the flexible employment sector
• You conduct telephone conversations with (former) employees in which you carefully inventory both medical and non-medical aspects
• You manage and coordinate your own caseload and also perform executive tasks within the framework of the Wet verbetering poortwachter (Gatekeeper Improvement Act)
• You maintain contact with employers, doctors, the UWV, intervention parties, and other stakeholders
• You regularly consult with the doctor to identify bottlenecks and jointly realize solutions
• You actively contribute to improvements and provide substantive input for the further development of processes and services

What they ask

• HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level
• Two to four years of relevant work experience as a casemanager, absenteeism coordinator, absenteeism advisor, POB, team leader, or within HR
• A post-HBO Casemanagement or CROV diploma is a plus
• Strong conversational skills and good analytical ability
• A structured, independent, and customer-oriented work attitude
• Administrative accuracy and overview, even with more complex files
