Working towards recovery, stability, and perspective for adults with severe psychiatric disorders, often combined with problems in multiple areas of life. Treatment and guidance are provided as much as possible in the client's own living environment. The network and other professionals are involved when this contributes to recovery.
What you will do.
- Independently perform and coordinate outpatient treatment and guidance, tailored to the client's goals.
- Detect changes in the psychiatric state and act promptly in case of impending dysregulation or crisis.
- Conduct treatment discussions and implement nursing and socio-psychiatric interventions.
- Actively involve relatives and the social network, and collaborate with general practitioners, municipalities, and other chain partners.
- Contribute to treatment plans and, based on your expertise, co-think about the direction of treatment within a multidisciplinary team.
Profile
- A completed education as a social psychiatric nurse.
- A valid BIG registration.
- Affinity with outpatient psychiatry and the treatment of adults with complex psychiatric and socio-social problems.
- The ability to work methodically and recovery-oriented, and to formulate achievable goals together with the client.
- Good collaboration skills to connect clients, relatives, colleagues, and chain partners.
- Dare to make independent decisions while actively seeking collaboration.
- Have a broad perspective on psychiatric issues and what is happening around housing, relationships, work, finances, and the social network.
- Be able to switch between planned treatment and situations requiring quick action.
