As Project Leader Social Development, you formulate the direction for local access and the robust Local Teams.
You connect national frameworks to local reality and bring together policy, implementation, citizens, and partners for a supported approach. You monitor progress, decision-making, and coherence in a political-administrative environment.
What you will do.
- You develop scenarios for the design of local access and advise on the most suitable choice.
- You determine, together with stakeholders, what the team does and does not do, including intended results and preconditions.
- You map out which steps, resources, and collaboration agreements are needed to actually form the teams.
- You advise on governance, financing, and an appropriate monitoring and reporting structure.
- You monitor the plan of approach towards the college and the Social Domain MT, with an eye for time, money, quality, and support.
Profile
- HBO+/university level of work and thinking, preferably academically trained.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project leadership within the social domain or a comparable social field.
- Knowledge of municipal processes, decision-making, and collaboration with implementation partners.
- Experience with change assignments, scenario development, and results-oriented management.
- You are firm in discussions, move smoothly in administrative relationships, and maintain course when interests diverge.
