Analyze data sources for populating a data reference system
- Identify and document managers, owners, definitions, and management rules
- Evaluate data quality, criticality, sensitivity, GDPR compliance
- Analyze interfaces, flows, exchange mechanisms, and integration constraints
- Identify relevant data for the reference system and their contribution methods
- Study possibilities for data reuse by business applications
- Build and maintain the data inventory
- Identify duplicates, redundancies, and semantic divergences between different sources
- Facilitate workshops to harmonize business concepts and definitions
- Contribute to the identification of reference data and authoritative sources
- Clarify data management responsibilities and formulate governance recommendations
- Produce analyses, reports, and recommendations necessary for the project
Profile
- Experience in business data analysis and modeling
- Proficiency in conceptual modeling, data dictionaries, and concept structuring
- Experience in semantic analysis, harmonization, and Data Governance
- Good knowledge of Data Quality and redundancy identification
- Experience in facilitating business workshops and coordinating stakeholders
- Knowledge of Only Once, Open Data, and reference data principles
- Excellent communication, synthesis, and writing skills
- French C2 mandatory
- Experience in the public sector is a plus
