An organization is looking for an expert for the further development of their UC and telephony platforms. You will act not only as a technical expert but also as a strategic sparring partner in realizing complex, project-based changes within a cloud-based communication environment. You will work with modern communication and voice technologies and handle large-scale changes, migrations, and improvement initiatives.
You will take ownership of technical decisions, advise stakeholders, and drive quality, stability, and continuity. In addition to project work, you will provide 3rd-line operational support.
What you will do.
- Configure and maintain UC and telephony systems, including AudioCodes SBC and Microsoft Teams Phone.
- Provide 3rd-line support for Microsoft and AudioCodes telephony components, using TOPdesk for ticket logging, follow-up, and documentation.
- Manage external vendors and partners regarding incidents and changes.
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting and resolve complex telephony and connectivity issues.
- Organize and facilitate technical workshops, including requirements definition and UAT, for stakeholders.
- Advise stakeholders and service teams on improvements, risks, and optimizations.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date technical and functional UC documentation and designs.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders on architecture and design changes.
- Translate requirements into designs, Epics, Features, and PBIs.
- Support Scrum meetings, both content-related and organizational.
What they ask
- Experience with AudioCodes SBC, including administration and troubleshooting.
- ACA (AudioCodes Certified Associate) certification is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone, Call Queues, Auto Attendants, Direct Routing, and voice policies.
- Thorough knowledge of SIP, PSTN, and telephony connectivity.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Experience with DORA compliance.
- Experience with incident, problem, change, and configuration management.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to independently organize workshops, test sessions, and validation activities.
- Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams.
- Clear communication skills and fluency in Dutch.
Nice-to-have.
- Experience with Azure Communication Services.
- Experience with Avaya Communication Manager.
- ACP (AudioCodes Certified Professional) certification.
