What you will do. As an Absence Case Manager, you will be responsible for your own client portfolio. You advise employers and guide them on issues related to absenteeism, reintegration, and sustainable employability. You will work closely with managers, employees, and other professionals within the occupational health service.
- Guide employers and employees during absenteeism and reintegration processes.
- Advise on the Wet verbetering poortwachter (Gatekeeper Improvement Act).
- Activate managers and employees to jointly take control of the reintegration process.
- Conduct absenteeism consultations and joint discussions with employers and employees.
- Provide workshops and training on absenteeism and sustainable employability.
- Collaborate intensively with occupational physicians, labor experts, and other specialists.
- Contribute to the further development of services and knowledge within the team.
Profile
You are an enthusiastic and client-oriented case manager who enjoys collaborating with both employers and employees. You maintain an overview, communicate easily, and feel comfortable in an independent role with much variety.
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
- Relevant work experience as an Absence Case Manager or in a similar role.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the Wet verbetering poortwachter.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and a structured way of working.
- A positive attitude and a sense of humor.
