Development Project Manager

An organization is looking for a project manager who is energized by complex spatial issues. You will work on new construction, renovation, and sustainability, directly contributing to affordable and good housing.

What you will do. As a project manager, you will work on large spatial investment assignments, such as the (re)development of locations and complex sustainability projects. Your tasks include:

• Setting up, preparing, and implementing projects in the field of sustainability, renovation, and new construction
• Acting as client for internal and external project partners and managing the planning team
• Steering and advising on quality frameworks, financial frameworks, and the financial implications of projects
• Drawing up decision-making documents and accountability documentation
• Developing and improving work processes together with fellow project managers
• Actively contributing to organizational objectives, always keeping the interests of tenants in mind
• You are responsible from A-Z, not only for development but also for guiding projects during the realization phase

• Knowledge and experience in civil engineering and sustainability
• Knowledge and experience in project management
• Experience in devising and elaborating scenarios
• Experience with chain collaboration
• Strong in negotiation, integrated advice, and formulating clear goals
• You know how to bring together administrative, political, and tenant interests
• A strong personality and connector, who functions best in a team
• Willingness to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
