Support Worker

As a support worker, you assist clients in their daily lives. You provide care, guidance, and support, tailored to what each client needs.

• You encourage clients to do as much as possible themselves and provide support where necessary
• You offer safety, structure, and clarity in daily guidance
• You build a trusting relationship with clients and respond to their possibilities and needs
• You observe what clients need and adjust the guidance accordingly
• You work independently where possible and coordinate with colleagues when necessary
• You think in terms of opportunities and actively contribute to the well-being of clients and their relatives
• You work in morning and evening shifts; night care is supported by a care group

• You gain energy from supporting people in their daily lives
• You enjoy working in an environment where trust, clarity, and structure are important
• You have an eye for possibilities and want to contribute to what someone can do themselves
• You enjoy collaborating with colleagues, relatives, and other disciplines
• You like to take initiative and contribute ideas for appropriate support
• You have a care-related MBO-3, MBO-4, or HBO diploma
• You see opportunities and take initiative in guiding clients
• You collaborate positively and openly with clients, relatives
• You have a genuine interest in what clients need and find important
• You contribute to a meaningful life for clients with an appreciative and professional attitude

• You will work with 15 clients aged 45 to 81 years.
• The socio-emotional functioning of most clients ranges from approximately 6 months to 5 years.
• Additional issues, such as dementia or behavioral problems, may be present.
• You are flexibly deployable between two closely collaborating residences.
• You will be part of a close-knit and independent team.
• You will collaborate with relatives, doctors, paramedics, and behavioral experts.
• A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and reference check are part of the application procedure.
