What you do
As an Installation Technology Project Leader, you are responsible for the complete guidance of various projects in the field of floor, wall, and ceiling heating. From the moment an assignment is received until its completion, you maintain an overview. You monitor planning and costs, identify bottlenecks, and ensure that projects are executed according to agreements and with the required quality. You are the point of contact for clients, work planners, technicians, and suppliers.
You coordinate activities effectively and ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done and when. Thanks to your organizational talent, technical insight, and decisiveness, you keep multiple projects on track simultaneously.
Your responsibilities.
- Guiding floor, wall, and ceiling heating projects from assignment to delivery
- Drawing up and monitoring planning and project budgets
- Coordinating technicians, suppliers
- Maintaining contacts with clients and construction partners
- Identifying additional and less work
- Monitoring quality, safety
- Responsible for correct project administration and financial completion
