What you do
- As an experienced React / TypeScript developer, you will join a small team.
- You will enjoy taking ownership, solving meaningful problems, and having a direct impact on a product used by real customers.
- You will contribute not only to implementation but also to technical decisions, user experience improvements, and the overall direction of the application.

- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building applications with React and TypeScript.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team.
- Experience with Jira, Git, and GitLab as part of a modern development workflow.
- Strong engineering judgment with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- You know when a simple, cost-effective solution is the right choice, and when investing in a more robust solution is essential because quality, reliability, or maintainability cannot be compromised.
- Able to work with a high degree of autonomy and thrive in environments with loosely defined requirements.
- You can break down ambiguous problems, make sound technical decisions, and drive work forward with minimal supervision.
- An interest in UX, with the ability to contribute to and influence the application's user experience and interface design.
- Comfortable using AI tools thoughtfully to improve productivity while understanding their limitations.
- Candidates based in or near European time zones are a plus to facilitate collaboration.

- Experience with React Hook Form.
- Familiarity with the TanStack ecosystem (e.g., TanStack Query, TanStack Table, or TanStack Router).
