For a residential care facility, an experienced Care Team Leader is sought with a strong background in healthcare, who wants to work with the teams on further professionalization and improvement of care quality. You will be part of a new facility that is still under development and will have the opportunity to contribute to building a close-knit team, good working agreements, and future-oriented dementia care.
What you do
- Responsible for managing and coaching employees
- Creating preconditions and guiding team development
- Stimulating mutual cooperation, ownership, and the deployment of talents
- Motivating and connecting people with an approachable attitude and a healthy dose of humor
- Active in developing and implementing operational policy
- Making improvement proposals that fit the needs of residents and employees
- Following developments within the sector and the organization's direction
- Realizing high-quality care and services
- Monitoring implementation within set frameworks and adjusting where necessary
- Investigating how wishes can be translated into improvement proposals and process optimization
- Managing established budgets and adjusting where necessary
- Leading in the areas of personnel, quality, safety
Profile
- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level
- Demonstrable leadership experience within healthcare
- Knowledge of healthcare practice and what is needed to develop teams and strengthen the quality and professionalism of care
- Experience within healthcare is a requirement for this position
- Enjoys daily management of the team to ensure a smooth primary care process
- Good communication skills, analytical ability, and a healthy dose of humor
- Naturally seeks collaboration and strives for results
- Easily navigates complex decision-making processes and enjoys achieving results
- Analytical, anticipatory, persistent, and flexible in the process
