Quality Manager Responsible Person

This is a temporary assignment.

You will lead a quality team as a people manager.
You are ultimately responsible for the conformity of all activities within a branch.
You report to the Quality Manager BeNeLux.
You will work for an international organization specializing in collaboration with pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and medical device organizations worldwide.
The organization supplies various healthcare institutions and professionals and forms a crucial link for the healthcare industry.

What you do

Ensuring on-site quality and elevating overall quality to a higher level.
Further professionalizing the quality policy and systems within the organization.
Managing the quality team of 6 people as a people manager.
Being ultimately responsible for GxP compliance and ISO standards.
Ensuring an effective quality management system for GxP activities by following up on deviations, CAPA, complaints, self-inspections, and annual controls.
Being ultimately responsible for ensuring that distribution activities are always in line with GDP legislation. You will provide GDP training and guidance.
Providing reports to clients and management, reporting to the Quality Manager BeNeLux, and participating in meetings with clients if necessary.

Master's degree in Industrial Pharmacy, industrial pharma, chemistry, biochemistry, etc., qualifying you to work as a Responsible Person.
Recognized as a Responsible Person or eligible to obtain this recognition later.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality-related work environment in GxP.
First leadership experience and able to call yourself a people manager.
Hands-on motivator who can work autonomously.
