A housing corporation, with a team of 50 people, assists Homeowners Associations (VvE's) by providing financial and administrative support and handling maintenance inquiries. Additionally, they guide and advise VvE's on sustainability projects, tailoring services to the specific wishes of each VvE.
What you will do.
- You will start the day at the office and discuss project progress during the team meeting.
- You will prepare technical specifications for maintenance work such as glass replacement and painting.
- You will check technical details and ensure compliance with Flora and Fauna checks, including mitigating measures if necessary.
- You will send out multiple quotation requests and liaise with coordinators and contractors in case of budget overruns.
- You will consult with specialists in subsidies and financing to achieve a solid award recommendation.
- You will supervise the delivery of work to VvE's and draw up official acceptance reports.
- You will research and advise on solutions for leaks and the replacement of flue gas ducts.
Responsibilities.
- Organizing planned maintenance and sustainability for apartment complexes.
- Maintaining contact with the boards and technical committees of VvE's.
- Collaborating with fellow project managers, a project support officer, and your team leader.
- Frequent contact with selected contractors and suppliers.
- Preparing and supervising various maintenance and sustainability projects, varying in scope and complexity.
- Requesting quotations for painting and roof insulation.
- Supervising the replacement of risers or flue gas ducts.
What they ask
- Minimum HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level in a technical field (e.g., Civil Engineering or Real Estate Management).
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in planned maintenance.
- Experience with recognized maintenance companies is a plus.
- Experience with Multi-Year Maintenance Plans (MJOP's).
- Experience in drafting project plans and technical descriptions.
