What they ask

• Diploma in Care & Welfare level 2, Nursing Assistant level 3, or Nursing.
• Sufficient experience in healthcare to be able to work independently quickly.
• Nursing technical skills are up-to-date or willingness to get them up-to-date quickly.

• Working in the flexible pool offers the ideal opportunity to organize your work flexibly.
• You determine how many hours you want to work per week.
• Respond to available shifts via a system.
• Plan your shifts at least 1 month in advance, in accordance with the collective labor agreement.
• The residential care facility provides 24-hour care and guidance to over 145 elderly residents.
• There are clients with significant physical care needs and clients with dementia in a closed unit.
• There is also a geriatric rehabilitation department for clients recovering from an accident, illness, or medical procedure.
