Your responsibilities.
- Drawing up and keeping maintenance plans up to date.
- Assessing the condition of roads, bridges, and other civil structures and determining what is needed to keep them in good condition.
- Translating inspection results into concrete maintenance measures and replacement projects.
- Advising colleagues and management on the maintenance, renovation, and replacement of municipal assets.
- Making cost estimates, contributing to budget discussions, and developing investment proposals.
- Ensuring that management data is complete and up-to-date and contributing to improvements in the management application.
- Working closely with colleagues, project leaders, contractors, and engineering firms to ensure smooth project execution and maintenance.
- Helping to further develop asset management and data-driven management.
