What you do
As a home care nurse, you support clients in their own familiar environment. No day is the same: you provide both planned and acute care and work with a diverse team that can handle all forms of care and well-being questions. From daily care to intensive nursing – your expertise counts.
Responsibilities.
- Guide and support clients at home, tailored to their wishes and possibilities
- Stimulate self-reliance and always look at what someone can still do themselves
- Work according to an established care plan and monitor the quality of care
- Evaluate and improve care together with colleagues, informal caregivers, general practitioners, and other partners in the neighborhood
Profile
- Strong communicative, social, and written skills
- A positive, respectful, and stimulating work attitude
- Proficiency in digital systems (indispensable in modern healthcare)
- A completed MBO level 4 Nursing education
