You will join a team of about twenty collaborators who inform, raise awareness, and support construction companies active in a specific region. You will be a valuable asset to the Economy, Digital & Innovation department as a digital advisor, primarily within the framework of a strategic project aimed at supporting companies, especially very small and small and medium-sized enterprises, in their digital transition.
This involves providing concrete and practical solutions to the sector, as well as personalized support (digital advice, financial aid, innovation, network), with a particular focus on integrating AI. It will also involve analyzing and studying the overall context of digitalization for companies in the sector, which still suffers from a significant digital divide and a delay in adopting digital technologies.
What you will do.
- Provide digital support to companies.
- Plan and manage a series of actions to strengthen the digitalization of the sector.
- Manage contacts with the various project partners.
- Participate in and facilitate working groups.
- Present the project to external partners in various forms (meetings, seminars, webinars).
- Draft communications and highlight actions taken.
- Organize/participate in various events for a predefined target audience.
- Ensure continuous monitoring of digital developments, innovations, and relevant tools for the sector.
Profile
- You hold a bachelor's degree in architecture, construction, or any other specialization related to business management and/or digitalization.
- Your professional experience has already allowed you to implement solutions, processes, and indicators related to business digitalization.
- You master common Office applications: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams.
- You integrate AI to optimize your daily tasks.
- You are French-speaking with basic English knowledge (reading documents).
- You are passionate about the construction sector and the challenge of business digitalization (digital tools, technologies, AI).
- You have strong writing and reporting skills.
- You are professional, autonomous with a sense of responsibility, concerned with quality work, you communicate easily, and are results- and solution-oriented.
- You are curious and capable of actively monitoring digital trends in the sector.
- You enjoy working in a team.
- You enjoy contact with companies.
- You have your own means of transport and are willing to make regular trips within Wallonia.
