What you will do.
- Start the day with a team meeting to discuss priorities.
- Contact clients to check on the progress of placed employees.
- Plan client visits and work on strengthening relationships and discovering new opportunities.
- Visit workplaces to guide flexible workers and answer their questions.
- Perform administrative tasks and track progress in systems.
- Work closely with colleagues and receive support where needed.
Profile
We are looking for an energetic and flexible Recruitment Consultant who enjoys varied days and likes to build relationships with clients and candidates.
- MBO 4 or HBO working and thinking level (equivalent to vocational or higher professional education).
- Experience with customer contact and administrative tasks.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
- Driving license B.
- Willingness to work hybrid and travel.
