Procurement Advisor
As a Procurement Advisor, you will have an independent role within an organization that is constantly developing. You will manage procurement and tender processes and be a strong discussion partner for team leaders, project leaders, and strategic managers. You will translate their needs into appropriate trajectories and guide them from preparation to completion. In addition to executing tenders, you will contribute to the further professionalization of the procurement function.
This includes thinking about processes, roles, and responsibilities related to personnel hiring. In this way, you combine substantive expertise with visible impact on the future working methods of the organization. What you do
- Manage the full cycle of purchasing and tendering.
- Actively gather procurement needs within the organization and translate them into concrete trajectories.
- Independently initiate, coordinate, and guide multiple private and European tenders.
- Prepare and keep the tender calendar up to date.
- Advise team leaders, project leaders, and strategic managers on complex procurement issues.
- Guide external procurement advisors in the execution of tenders.
- Develop and manage standards, formats, and working methods for tenders.
- Contribute to process improvements and the further professionalization of procurement and personnel hiring.
What they ask
- Minimum of a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, preferably in Business Administration, Law, or Public Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in independently guiding multiple private and European tenders within a public or non-profit organization.
- Recent experience in the past 3 years with coordinating European or multiple tenders.
- Minimum of 2 days per week physical presence on location.
Desired skills.
- Work independently and analytically, and communicate convincingly with various internal stakeholders.
- Experience with tenders related to personnel hiring, flexible staff, broker services, MSP constructions, or DAS is a clear advantage.
- Experience with process improvement and professionalization of procurement, contract management, or hiring processes is also valuable.
