You provide guidance, create safety and trust, and support participants in their daily lives and in the step towards suitable housing, day activities, or work.
What you will do.
- Provide individual guidance on social, emotional, and practical levels
- Organize and supervise group activities and day activities
- Detect tensions early and de-escalate in a calm, tactful manner
- Maintain an overview of the group and contribute to a stable living environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and external aid workers
- Work from recovery-oriented care and contribute to a safe, stimulating environment where every resident is seen

Profile
- A completed MBO 4 education in the field of care
- Affinity with and/or experience in working with people with psychiatric problems, addiction, or mild intellectual disability (LVB)
- Ability to act situationally, sense of perspective, and sense of humor
- Flexibility and willingness to work irregular shifts
- A stable personality and a calm, de-escalating attitude
- You are a Christian (Catholic, Protestant, or other) and can indicate what this means to you.
