For a large, well-known organization, I am looking for an experienced Marketing Consultant who can contribute at a strategic level to customer engagement, loyalty, and commercial growth. What you do
- Develop and optimize an overarching marketing and customer engagement strategy
- Identify growth opportunities in customer value, loyalty
- Translate strategic objectives into a concrete roadmap and KPIs
- Analyze marketing investments, returns
- Advise senior management and the board on strategic marketing choices
- Connect marketing, commerce, data, and technology within a complex organization
Who they are looking for.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing strategy
- Experience within multiple large, complex organizations
- Strong knowledge of data-driven marketing, KPIs
- Experience with innovative marketing technologies, data
- Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management and advising at board level
- Strategically strong, analytical
