Profile
- You have completed a relevant MBO level 4 or HBO education.
- You have at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- You enjoy exploring the most suitable way to connect with clients.
- You work effectively and are realistic; you can tolerate progress in small steps.
- You reflect on your own attitude as an instrument to prevent interaction problems.
- You can handle unpredictability and are not bothered if the department agenda suddenly needs to be changed due to an acute situation.

- The team consists of various healthcare professionals, including nurses, support workers, team leaders, and therapists.
- Equal collaboration between the treatment team and the support team is essential.
- Treatment goals are jointly determined by the therapist, client, and support worker.
