Maintenance Engineer Technical Production
Do you want to not only solve malfunctions, but primarily ensure they do not recur? As a Maintenance Engineer, you play a key role in structurally improving maintenance within a dynamic technical production environment. You combine analyses with concrete improvement projects and are given the space to make maintenance processes smarter, more reliable, and more efficient. You will have extensive contact with various stakeholders and be involved in both daily operations and larger revisions and shutdowns.
What you do
You ensure that maintenance is organized more intelligently and that technical risks remain manageable.
- Perform malfunction analyses and translate insights into structural improvement measures.
- Develop, analyze, and optimize maintenance plans.
- Coordinate revisions and shutdowns, from preparation and execution to evaluation.
- Perform risk analyses and manage the Asset Risk Register.
- Monitor and report maintenance KPIs and initiate improvements in planned maintenance and malfunction reduction.
Profile
- You have a completed technical HBO education, for example in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- You have experience within a technical production environment.
- You have knowledge of maintenance concepts and processes and can critically analyze them.
- You are accustomed to working project-based and know how to involve various stakeholders.
- You are analytical, proactive, and strong in communication, and have at least B1 level proficiency in Dutch.
- Plus: experience with SAP PM.
