As a planner, you will be part of the planning department. You will interact with clients and colleagues throughout the day, ensuring efficient and service-oriented planning. The department is evolving, and your ideas for improvement are welcome. An organization supplies and manages aids and services for healthcare. With extensive experience, it offers a wide range of products and handles repairs and maintenance.
What you will do.
- You plan the activities for technical internal and external staff
- You handle urgent requests quickly and carefully
- You participate in projects to improve processes
- You have frequent contact by phone and email with clients and colleagues
- You record agreements in the back-office system and maintain administration
Profile
- You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview
- You think ahead and look for solutions, even outside conventional frameworks
- You are flexible and stress-resistant
- You have strong communication skills and are customer-friendly
- You have a good command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken
- You preferably have experience with Business Central or Navision
- You are available, including on Wednesdays and Fridays
