A rapidly growing international IT organization is looking for an HR Generalist to further shape the HR foundation. The organization is growing fast, internationalizing, and professionalizing HR processes within various companies in Europe. There is ample room to further develop, standardize, and future-proof processes. You will be the point of contact for a group of approximately 40 employees and managers. You will work independently but can consult with experienced HR professionals within the broader group.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and growing with the organization.
What you will do.
- Responsible for daily HR processes for your employee population.
- Guide the complete employee journey: from onboarding to outflow.
- Advise managers and employees on employment conditions, absenteeism, and HR-related issues.
- Implement and execute new HR processes and policies.
- Support the implementation of legislation regarding wage transparency.
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the further professionalization of HR.
- Contribute to the design and optimization of HR systems, including Nmbrs.
- Collaborate with external parties in the field of absenteeism guidance and payroll.
- Support international onboarding processes.
- Contribute to organization-wide projects such as certifications, process optimization, and HR standardization.
Profile
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
- Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience within HR.
- Knowledge of Dutch labor law.
- Be firm and a good discussion partner for highly educated professionals.
- Work independently and take ownership.
- Enjoy bringing structure and improving processes.
- Experience with Nmbrs is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills, pragmatic, and solution-oriented.
- Get energy from building and enjoy working in an organization where not everything is yet fixed.
- Combine a hands-on mentality with a professional appearance and naturally involve people in changes.
