Civil Affairs Officer

The assignment focuses on independently performing tasks within the Civil Affairs domain, with an emphasis on complex and specialized processes. The employee will primarily be deployed for administrative tasks.

What you will do.

• Assess and process source documents, requiring knowledge of international private law (IPR) and nationality law.
• Create personal records and perform complex corrections and updates within the BRP.
• Conduct quality controls and improve work processes and procedures.
• Work accurately according to applicable laws and regulations and determine the correct next steps in complex or deviating situations.
• Actively contribute to the design of the process and the execution of self-evaluation.
• Review dossiers, identify findings, and propose improvements to work processes where necessary.
• Provide counter services for appointments such as: First registration in the Netherlands, Naturalization and option, Recognition of an unborn child.
