Youth Residential Counselor Sport

• You focus on activating young people through sports.
• You develop a sports program, taking group dynamics into account.
• You coach and support colleagues in organizing and executing activities.
• You guide young people individually or in small groups with a specific guidance need, often in consultation with a behavioral scientist.
• You organize, provide, prepare, execute, and evaluate sports and movement activities.
• You set up new sports activities and ensure their proper execution.
• You build sustainable collaborations with associations and organizations relevant to the organization's locations.
• You work closely with colleagues in a team with a good working atmosphere.
• Regular meetings and intervision discussions take place to ensure quality.

• Education: minimum of a completed MBO level 4 education in anagogical direction such as Social Work, Personal supervisor social care, Supervisor specific target groups, or Sport and movement.
• Work experience: minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and knowledge of intercultural communication.
• Personality: strong personality, social, collegial, reliable, affinity with sports and movement.
• Flexibility: available for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
