A government organization faces various challenging social issues in the coming years.
- You monitor and identify relevant policy developments and translate them into the local context.
- You advise the board and colleagues on substantive policy themes and inform them about relevant developments, effects, policy objectives, and possible interventions.
- You look beyond the boundaries of the social domain and establish connections with other policy areas.
- You have experience with project-based work and are able to take on the role of project leader when a topic requires it.
- You will be part of the Policy, Implementation, and Quality team, where you will temporarily replace a colleague.
- You will work within the 'Living longer appropriately at home' chain and contribute to the further development and implementation of the policy.
- The topics are administratively relevant and affect the development towards a caring and resilient society.

- Determine traveler contributions
- Prepare framework letter process
- Prepare official and administrative meetings
- Write college and council proposals
- Maintain contacts with stakeholders and partners

- Provide policy input

- Write regulation proposals for the college or council
- Elaborate motions or amendments from the council
Profile
- You work closely with portfolio holders and are a strong discussion partner in a political-administrative environment.
- You are aware of the latest developments and trends within the social domain.
- You are able to liaise between administrators, social partners, management/directorate, and colleagues.
- Competencies: Analytical ability, Problem-solving thinking, Good communication skills, Results-oriented, Decisiveness, Political sensitivity, Collaboration, Team player.

- Minimum HBO diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a policy officer within a government organization.
- Experience with project-based work and applying project leader skills.
- Agreement with the stated secondment condition.
Preferences.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the social domain, specifically in the area of Wmo provisions.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years as a policy officer within a government or other organization.
- You know why a college and/or council proposal is needed and how to coordinate and write it.
