A small-scale practice for youth care and education is looking for a proactive lead therapist. The focus is on providing short-term, targeted support to young people aged 4 to 18 and their parents.
What you do
- As a lead therapist, you guide other therapists in diagnosis and treatment.
- You handle cases such as anxieties, ADHD, autism, trauma, and OCD.
- You are an important internal and external point of contact for various case studies.
- You manage your own caseload.
- You actively contribute to the development and growth of the organization.
What they ask
- A valid BIG registration as a Healthcare Psychologist or Generalist Orthopedagogue.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Interest in a broad target group of young people aged 4 to 18 and their parents with diverse problems.
- A solution-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
