What you will do. As a Business Analyst, you will work on challenging change and digitalization projects, helping organizations to set up processes smarter, more efficiently, and future-proof. You move effortlessly between business, IT, and various stakeholders, and know how to translate complex issues into clear solutions. Your tasks include:
- Inventory and analysis of business requirements.
- Translating wishes into functional solutions and user stories.
- Drawing up impact analyses and process improvements.
- Advising stakeholders at tactical and strategic levels.
- Connecting Business, IT, and management.
- Supporting change projects and implementations.
Profile
We are looking for an experienced professional who quickly creates an overview, dares to ask critical questions, and helps organizations move forward. You preferably have:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- HBO or WO (higher professional education or university) work and thinking level.
- Experience within complex organizations.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language.
- Experience within the (national) government required.
