What you will do.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with clients;
- Act as a fixed point of contact for clients and flexible employees;
- Advise on various HR issues;
- Guide employees during their careers and conduct performance reviews;
- Prepare and process contracts and personnel administration;
- Actively approach candidates from talent pools for open positions;
- Ensure excellent service to both clients and employees.
Profile
- MBO or HBO (vocational or higher professional education) work and thinking level;
- Driving license B for client visits;
- Social, approachable, and communicates clearly with diverse target groups;
- Listens attentively, asks the right questions, and understands what is happening with clients, employees, and colleagues;
- A true connector who brings interests together and builds lasting relationships;
- Accurate in administrative processes;
- Energized by a dynamic work environment and variety;
- Takes ownership, maintains overview, and sets priorities.
