What you do
- You will work in-house at a leading client and be the linchpin between the client and the temporary workers of an HR service provider.
- You will have daily direct contact with employees to optimally guide and support them.
- You will handle the recruitment of Warehouse Employees and Packers.
- You will write vacancy texts, assess candidates, plan and conduct intake interviews.
- You will ensure a smooth onboarding of new employees.
- You will handle various administrative tasks, such as contract management and hour processing.
- You will maintain telephone contact with employees and managers.
- You will play an important role in both the operational and recruitment aspects of service delivery to the client.
Profile
- Strong communication skills, empathetic, and results-oriented.
- Proactive and experienced in guiding employees.

- HBO/MBO work and thinking level, with administrative skills.
- Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel weekly to another location.
- Possession of your own car is a strict requirement for travel.
