Participate in migration projects from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors.
- As part of a major Human Resources transformation program, an organization aims to centralize and streamline its HR data through transversal tools such as SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, and various specific applications.
- Support this transformation as an SAP HR & SuccessFactors Expert.
- Intervene in the project framing of SAP SuccessFactors implementation, its integration with SAP HR, and the definition of the migration strategy for existing applications.
What you will do.
- Support management and the project team in defining the business and IT scope.
- Define the implementation roadmap for the different SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Finalize the specifications by integrating the structuring elements of the implementation.
- Support IT teams in defining a migration plan from legacy applications to SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HR.
- Identify opportunities, constraints, and limitations related to the migration of existing applications.
- Define the overall project vision and model As-Is / To-Be processes and systems.
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of the functionalities of currently used specific applications.
- Model and draft technical-functional analysis documents.
- Animate and facilitate meetings with various stakeholders: developers, end-users, and management.
- Participate in the definition and validation of solutions in collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Evaluate the impacts and risks associated with the decommissioning of existing applications, particularly concerning historical data and functionalities.

- Confirmed experience as an SAP HR / SAP HCM Expert or IT Project Manager.
- In-depth expertise in SAP HR and SAP HCM solutions.
- Very good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and its various modules.
- Experience in implementation, integration, and transformation projects of HR systems.
- Proficiency in data and application migration issues from legacy systems.
- Experience in functional and technical-functional analysis.
- Ability to define a project scope, a migration strategy, and an implementation roadmap.
- Excellent project management skills and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and IT interlocutors.
