L&D Project Manager Consultant

• The internal L&D team develops learning paths for a very diverse population: employees, managers, and new hires.
• The demand for digital learning content is growing faster than the team can keep up with.
• You will help manage ongoing learning projects, initiate new developments, and contribute to building high-quality learning solutions.
• You will share your expertise during the process and leave behind a team that can independently continue to grow in developing learning content.

What you will do.

• Manage and monitor ongoing L&D projects: planning, priorities, and alignment with internal stakeholders.
• Initiate new learning projects, from learning needs analysis to elaborated approach and delivery.
• Analyze source material (procedures, presentations, expert input) and convert it into didactically strong learning solutions.
• Translate learning needs into the right learning format: e-learning, microlearning, blended learning, or classroom sessions.
• Develop e-learnings and learning paths for employees, managers, and new hires.
• Develop storyboards, interactions, and evaluations in authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Coach the L&D team and transfer knowledge through co-creation, feedback, and templates, enabling the team to grow internally.
• Contribute to shaping standards and working methods for the development of digital learning content.
