In the guidance center of a healthcare organization, we offer people with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) a place where they can shape their day in a meaningful way. The atmosphere is pleasant, and there is plenty to do, such as brain training, drawing, mosaic work, or sports activities.
What you will do.
- Work closely with colleagues to organize and supervise activities.
- Apply the competency-oriented guidance methodology, where each client receives a customized care plan.
- Work with the client on goals, considering what the client can and wants to achieve.
- Support the client in an appropriate manner, without taking over control, but by offering support at the right moments.
- Ensure the quality of care in collaboration with the team.
- Primarily guide activities, and where necessary, provide support with light Activities of Daily Living (ADL) tasks.
Profile
- Possess an MBO diploma (level 3 or 4) in social work/pedagogy, specializing in Care & Welfare or Human & Society (e.g., SPW/MMZ, etc.).
- Be enthusiastic about designing various (creative) activities and able to apply this in guidance.
- Have an affinity for methodical work and assist in competency-oriented guidance for clients with brain injury.
