As an HR employee, you are the trusted face on location and the connecting factor between flexible employees, managers, and clients. You work independently with clients and ensure that everything related to onboarding, guidance, development, and planning runs smoothly. From the first working day to further career development, you are involved with your employees.
You are regularly present on the work floor, conduct meaningful conversations, and identify opportunities to strengthen both employees and the collaboration with the client. What you do
- You ensure optimal personnel planning and continuously monitor the client's staffing and personnel needs.
- You guide flexible employees throughout their entire employment, from onboarding and absence guidance to development and evaluation interviews.
- You are the first point of contact for employees, team leaders, and clients and advise on various HR issues.
- You build strong relationships with flexible employees and actively support them in their growth, development and job satisfaction.
- You carry out recruitment activities, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and guiding new hires.
- You are regularly present on the work floor and therefore know exactly what is happening with both employees and the client.
Profile
- You have an MBO 4 diploma, preferably in HRM or a similar field.
- You feel comfortable in discussions with team leaders and know how to professionally bring together different interests.
- You communicate easily with people at different levels and quickly build trust.
- Stress-resistant and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Driving license B and own car.
