As an Income Consultant, you are responsible for the implementation and administrative processing of wage cost subsidies. The activities are an integral part of regular business operations and are carried out within the existing organizational structure of a government organization. Priorities, activities, and desired results are determined by the organization.
Due to the importance of continuity, knowledge retention, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders, this is a structural role within the team that requires full integration into the organization.
What you will do.
- Assess whether residents belong to the target group of the job agreement
- Apply for, assess, and process wage value measurements
- Deploy appropriate instruments to promote labor market participation
- Maintain contacts with employers, job coaches, and other collaboration partners
- Calculate, record, and administratively process wage cost subsidies
- Identify opportunities, bottlenecks, and suitable solutions for sustainable placements
- Assess applications for livelihood, special assistance, and minimum income schemes
- Conduct legality investigations and process changes in benefit situations
- Conduct intake, investigation, and progress interviews with residents
- Prepare reports, decisions, and other administrative records
- Inform residents about their rights, obligations, and available provisions
Profile
You are part of the team, participate in internal meetings, and work under the daily guidance of the responsible manager. You have knowledge of other income regulations within the Participation Act, such as minimum income schemes, special assistance, and/or the Refugee Reception Scheme.

- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience as an income consultant
- Demonstrable knowledge of Centric SUITE application
